The CincyLax Camp will be held the first week of June. The camp will be 5 hours a day for High School and Junior High Students. The morning will consist of position specific training and stick skill work and then after lunch we will split as teams and prepare for the summer. The coaches of the teams will be at this camp. This is a great way to get better at lacrosse and prepare our teams for the summer.
WE will have weekly Stick Skills Sessions from September 12 - October 16 at he Sucamore Practice Fields from 2 - 3:15 every Sunday. This is not mandatory.
